@AmazonHelp Hello. I went to my local Evri hub yesterday to return a faulty item to you as per your instructions which stated that the hub would pack the item and return it. The hub said this was incorrect and I ended up having to buy packaging from them. Not happy about this.
@Mchose_official Can you give us the option when we're ordering from the UK to change the final mile delivery service please, I dont mind paying a bit more to not have Evri delivering my parcel please as they are 100% the worst final mile service in the UK and its not even close.
Evri is the absolute WORST delivery company out there!

There's no way to make a complaint online either and there's 0 help! What a scam!!

So I bought a leopard puffa coat from Matalan before Christmas, evri lost my parcel and the other day I bought one off vinted and now Royal Mail have lost my parcel… I give up, maybe i’m not meant to have one lol.
@call_service2 Assist how exactly? Are you prepared to replace the items that were stolen/missing or reimburse the customers who've been effected.
Asking me to follow your page is laughable.

Every time and then its nearly impossible to speak to anyone from there.

Could @NUFC please stop using Evri for delivery, and ship in plain packaging? Notoriously unreliable and branded packaging for high demand items marks them an obvious target for theft.
I’m now being told to ask for replacement/refund 😡
