As a fan who has been on the journey, you can empathise in your professional role. Managing a club is as much about having the skill to manage other people’s emotional needs as your own.

If only he could have acknowledged fans at the end of games, especially those who travel away - like he has at the end of the two last games. Easy actions like that would have won him capital but too often it’s looked like it’s all about him

Today was my first home game of the season.
Two thoughts…
1) The Town End has changed. Do the club want there to be an atmosphere?
2) The team spirit we had has gone. I think you mentioned we have a group of individuals. It’s absolutely the case.
We aren’t going up!

I’ve got into the habit of not attending the CG. I can see most of my ‘football family’ at away games & avoid funding a regime I don’t trust. When the owner changes, I couldbe back but having to sit at the back of the DR stand has been a factor too.

I get my football fix on a monthly basis away from home but haven’t been to a home game yet this season. It becomes a habit!
