As a small business owner, how do I reliably get things to my customers, if the postal service only works sometimes?

Walked to the #Roxbury #USPS #postoffice in the middle of a complete downpour, 2:30pm, to mail three packages. Found this instead. If this were the first time, it'd be one thing, but this is a regular occurrence. This is unacceptable. Rain or shine, the mail must go through??

This is on top of orders by the Roxbury central post office "not to deliver mail until it builds up" due to staffing shortages, leading to bills and priority documents not being delivered for weeks...

This has be changed.

Hey #mbta while we're raising rates and dealing with derailing train cars - can we also standardize where accessible cars are on the #GreenLine? Front or back? It's hard enough dodging tourists w/ a stroller (or wheelchair) w/o having to figure out where to line up @universalhub
