@RavenSoftware Since buying a CDL Skin in Cold War I can’t search for a game on warzone just get a dev crash error everytime. Using a second account it works fine confirming that the fault is due to the store item. I’m still waiting for Activision to get back to me with a fix.

@RavenSoftware Adding onto this I've done all the basics of having everything up to date on the system, and scan repair. I've even reinstalled the game after deleting all files relating to the game. The support page really is very little help...

@RavenSoftware I'm getting the same Fatal Error code as a lot of other comments in this thread. Every time I search for a game it just freezes and then crashes yet all the menus work fine up until I search for a game. My pc is 6 months old with more than enough spec to run the game. Please help
