@McDonalds intu lakeside ground floor store. Absolutely shocking service. Staff were just talking amongst themselves. Restaurant an absolute mess, rubbish every where, dirty tables. People waiting Ages for orders.

It's a busy time at 8pm needs to be an improvement.
