Others tapped to the committee include George Clooney, Jennifer Garner, and Kerry Washington.

The group will serve as an advisory board to President Joe Biden on how to elevate the importance of the arts, including through federal support.

Biden pledged that his administration would “advance the cultural vitality of the United States by promoting the arts, the humanities, and museum and library services.”
