@ServicesGovAU I had a Dr put through a claim on Monday. I only realised after that the bank account details attached to my account were old and for a closed account. I changed them right away on Monday. But would my reimbursement get sent to the new one I added?
@VirginAustralia hi team, we just had a flight change come through for an October trip, just one of the flights. We’d rather not accept it but still want to keep the return component. Am I able to do that myself online or can I only cancel the entire booking?
