@Hermesparcels I sent a parcel last Saturday at 12.44 I paid for next day delivery. It still hasn’t arrived, I spoke to Holly your rude, unhelpful robot twice!!! She’s useless!!!!! how can I speak to a human being who can tell me where my parcel is?

@devon_georgina @adammsilver @passportwaiting Can I ask how long did it take for your documents to appear as delivered from when you posted them, as I’ve sent an old passport 7 days ago first class and still appears as not received. Spoke to a lady who said it could be delivered but backlog hasn’t matched it up yet........
