I have, they couldn’t care less. We have also been in contact with several TV repair people who have said they have had several of the same Panasonic TVs in recently that haven’t lasted long and that there is no point even looking at them as it’s a common problem and a crap tv!

@PanasonicUK I am savage. We bought a 55inch TX55FX555B TV from you 20 months ago and it’s completely given up! Apparently the warranty is only for 12 months! We saved for over 2 years to get it and we are so disappointed as there is nowhere local to fix it. What a disappointment

@RoyalMail please help! I returned a wedding dress to Israel in November and they are saying it was never delivered. I have tried speaking to someone on the phone but it says to look at the website which is no help! I am down a lot of money 🤷‍♀️

@dhlexpressuk I ordered a wedding dress from Israel, sent it back via post office, received a Import tax letter from you, paid it, and it never arrived so they are refusing a refund. Please can you look into this?

@easyJet we had an email on the 6th August saying we were getting a refund within 10 days. Still nothing. Flights got 7 people got cancelled, phone lines are hours and hours long and we are now fed up. Please can we be contacted about this?

@suzette_mathias @passportwaiting I applied on 11th July and received it today! Child renewal 23 day’s. We go on holiday on Saturday. I tweeted them and explained, they were very good.

@EmmaLouiise13 @LeighPorter84 @passportwaiting I sent mine on the 11th July for a child renewal to Durham, had a text yesterday to say they had received documents, then I rang today and spoke to a lovely lady who said that she’s put my travel date on the system and that it was in processing today which was a good sign!

@HM_Passport I am really worrying that we won’t get my daughters passport renewal before our holiday on 8th August. It was sent special delivery and was delivered last week but on the tracking it hasn’t been updated. Please help!
