🚨 UPGB: From Banking to Brutality: The Truth No One Wants to Hear 🚨

Last night, Manager #Amit_Kumar returned from the Regional Office after a meeting that ended post 10:30 PM. While returning home late at night, he met with a serious accident and is currently struggling for his life in the hospital.

Since amalgamation, #UPGB has turned into a pressure cooker of fear, unsafe late nights, and an inhuman work culture. Meetings running till 10-11 PM are being normalized, workloads are endless, and employee health, safety, and dignity are ignored.

The responsibility for this toxic culture lies with #HR #Saurabh_Gupta (888776429O) and #RM #Anirudh_Singh (7389937I86), who together have institutionalized late night pressure and intimidation.

RM Anirudh Singh, who came from @bankofbaroda , is widely perceived to be treating RRB employees as subordinates rather than professionals, enforcing a command-and-control culture that is alien to the ethos of Regional Rural Banks. This growing sense of discrimination and disrespect has deeply demoralized long-serving RRB staff.

On 31st December at 11:40 PM, bill transfers were rejected despite full knowledge that the portal would close the next day causing avoidable financial loss and mental harassment to employees. This was not an accident; it reflects reckless authority without accountability.

For an entire week, meetings stretched till 10–11 PM daily, pushing bankers beyond human limits. HR dictates, RMs execute, and questioning this culture invites punishment.

Last night, tragedy struck:
A manager returning home late after work met with a serious accident and fractured both legs. This is the real human cost of glorifying late-night “commitment.”
This was completely preventable.

Yet, senior union leadership remains silent, watching employees burn out, suffer, and risk their lives.

Under Chairman #YS_Thakur, UPGB is no longer functioning like a bank: it resembles a system of fear, where employees are driven by targets, threats, and exhaustion rather than professionalism.

How can #5DaysBanking survive when employees are forced to work late nights and weekends?

This is a call to all banking unions, regulators, and authorities:
👉 Stop late-night meetings
👉 End discriminatory and authoritarian management practices
👉 Restore humane working hours
👉 Fix accountability in HR and regional management

रोज देर रात तक RO में मीटिंग की जाती है और देर रात तक ब्रांच खुलवाई जाती है।
कल ऐसे ही ब्रांच से देर रात लौट रहे एक भाई का एक्सीडेंट हो गया।

जब कोई कर्मचारी अपने हक़ की बात सोशल मीडिया पर लिख दे, तो मैनेजमेंट तुरन्त कहता है कि ये तो गोपनीयता का उल्लंघन है, बैंक की प्राइवेसी का हनन है!

शाखाओं का CCTV फुटेज, जहाँ पर ग्राहक आते हैं, कैश काउंटर चलते हैं, वॉल्ट होता है और हर सिक्योरिटी डेटा रिकॉर्ड होता है…
वो CCTV फुटेज बैंक खुद एक प्राइवेट थर्ड-पार्टी कंपनी (Mini Computech System, Alwar) को सौंप रहा है!

वाह रे दोहरी नीति 👏
कर्मचारी बोले तो “Secrecy Violation”
बैंक खुद डेटा बाहर दे तो “Routine Process”!

अब असली सवाल -
❓ क्यों सिर्फ़ Mini Computech System को चुना गया?
❓ क्या इसके पीछे कोई कनेक्शन है, कोई हिस्सेदारी है?
❓ आखिर CCTV फुटेज क्यों माँगा गया उन्हीं शाखाओं का जहाँ चेयरमैन साहब की “शानदार एंट्री” नहीं हुई, जहाँ ना बैनर लगे, ना गिफ्ट मिले, ना पोस्टरों से दीवारें पटीं?

साफ है कि अब #CCTV का इस्तेमाल भी चेयरमैन की चापलूसी नापने के लिए हो रहा है।
जो शाखा हॉलिडे-कल्चर, बैनर-पोस्टर और गिफ्ट में फेल हो जाए, उसका CCTV खंगालकर सज़ा तय होगी।

@TheOfficialSBI जब ये आततायी चेयरमैन हमे धमकी और डर से चुप नहीं करा पाए, तो अब वही डर और आतंक अपनी ही शाखाओं के स्टाफ पर उतारना शुरू कर दिया है।

मेरे द्वारा गलत के खिलाफ आवाज़ उठाने पर, अपनी काली करतूतों को छिपाने के लिए @RajasthanGB के चेयरमैन #MUKESH_BHARTIYA, B ग्रेड की घटिया फ़िल्म के टपोरी विलेन की तरह गीदड़ धमकी दिलवा रहें हैं

गरीब किसानों की भलाई के लिए खोले गए बैंक में गरीबों की सेवा करने के बजाय @TheOfficialSBI से आया ये चेयरमैन पाकेट मार चोर स्टाइल में सच की आवाज़ दबाने में अपना फ्यूज दिमाग लगा रहा हैं

- मेरी पोस्ट से बौखलाकर चेयरमैन समर्थकों ने “फर्जी इमोशनल खत” बनवाकर भेजा।
- धमकी दी गई है कि पोस्ट हटाओ वरना Defamation केस कर देंगे।

सवाल उठता है कि
- चेयरमैन और बैंक मैनेजमेंट इतना डर क्यों रहे है?
- अगर मेरी बात झूठी है, तो कोर्ट में सच रखो, डराने धमकाने की नौटंकी क्यों?
- क्या पब्लिक के टैक्स से चलने वाला ग्रामीण बैंक अब चेयरमैन का PR ऑफिस बन चुका है?

सच ये है –
🛑 बैंक सेवा से ज़्यादा नौटंकी और पब्लिसिटी का अड्डा बन चुका है।
🛑 चेयरमैन और उनके चमचे (दायें-बायें नाँड) आलोचना बर्दाश्त नहीं कर पा रहे।
🛑 लोकतंत्र में जनता को सवाल पूछने का हक़ है, धमकी देना नहीं।

और सुन लो #Mukesh_Bhartiya मैं इन घटिया हथकंडों से डरने वाला नहीं हूँ। बल्कि ये गंदी चालें मुझे और मज़बूत करती हैं, मुझे और ताक़त देती हैं सच बोलने और गलत के ख़िलाफ़ लड़ने की।

‘मैं ही बॉस हूँ’ वाली नौटंकी कर रहे हैं।

- इसे @TheOfficialSBI में कोई हैसियत नहीं मिली,
- अब राजस्थान ग्रामीण बैंक में चेयरमैन बनकर भौकाल पेल रहे है।
- अब बैंकिंग छोड़कर पॉलिटिकल शो-ऑफ और पब्लिसिटी का खेल चल रहा है।

सच यही है कि
ये चेयरमैन कम, नौटंकीबाज़ नेता ज़्यादा लगता हैं।

ग्रामीण बैंक को अपनी प्राइवेट जागीर और खुद को राजा साहब समझ बैठा हैं।

#RGB अलवर रीजनल ऑफिस: कर्मचारियों का शोषण और तानाशाही

@RajasthanGB में @TheOfficialSBI से आए चेयरमैन #mukesh_bhartiya को आजकल तानाशाह और नेता बनने का खुमार चढ़ा है। एक तरफ़ जहाँ ये RMs को अपने बड़े बड़े होर्डिंग्स लगवाने का आदेश देते है वहीं दूसरी तरफ रिव्यू मीटिंग के नाम पर दिन भर के थके स्टाफ को बैंक समय के बाद बुलाकर प्रताड़ित करते है।

शाम 5:15 बजे अचानक मीटिंग बुलाई गई। शाखा स्टाफ़ को 80-90 किमी तक का सफर करना पड़ता है। कोई भी समय पर पहुँच नहीं सकता। फिर भी चेयरमैन मुकेश भारतीय ने इसे मंडेटरी कर दिया। सिर्फ़ ब्रांच मैनेजर को नहीं बल्कि पूरे शाखा स्टाफ़ को रात के समय थकाकर बुलाया गया।

मीटिंग में सफेद शर्ट और टाई पहनना अनिवार्य था। इस गर्मी में जहाँ अधिकांश शाखाओं में AC नहीं, बस पंखा है।वहाँ दिन भर ग्राहको की भीड़ को संभालने के बाद स्टाफ को सज-धज के भी आना जरूरी था।

मीटिंग रात 11 बजे खत्म हुई, और कर्मचारी घर पहुँचने में 2 AM तक लग गए, ना कोई वहाँ व्यवस्था ना कोई सुरक्षा। अगले दिन फिर समय पर ऑफिस पहुँचने का दबाव। अगर कोई लेट होता, तो चेयरमैन CCTV फुटेज देखकर सस्पेंड करने की धमकी देता ही।

सबसे चौंकाने वाली बात: यह मीटिंग सिर्फ़ शोषण नहीं, बल्कि चेयरमैन का निजी स्वार्थ और बैंक के फंड का निजी लाभ हेतु पूर्ण दुरपयोग था। यह प्रबंधन नहीं, यह तानाशाही और डर फैलाने का प्रदर्शन है।

कर्मचारियों की मेहनत और भलाई = शून्य।

चेयरमैन की तानाशाही और शोषण अब उजागर होना चाहिए।

स्टाफ सुविधाएँ देने में बैंक की जान निकलती है

लेकिन शहर भर में चेयरमैन के पोस्टर और बैनर ऐसे चिपकाए गए हैं जैसे राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री आ रहे हों

ये न सिर्फ़ पैसों की खुली बर्बादी और चापलूसी की मिसाल है
