@loddyy24 Phone an adult. Advanced paramedics, A&E consultant, medical directorate - someone who can make the decision and give you appropriate advice. If your stepping out of guidelines (trust or JRCALC) just cover yourself and get someone senior to help with the decision making

If you are delegating appropriately (as in not CDโs) and doing proper drugs checks there is absolutely no reason they canโt
