They could look out their windows and see FBI vehicles pulling into the parking lot. They have a tower cam they use for weather that points toward her offices. It was not random.

@Sassafrass_84 Don't they realize that a glutt of illegal aliens workers keeps wages for those honest jobs low. If they work under the table because they can't get legal work, it keeps wages for those jobs low. Employers would have to pay more if illegals were not there.
