I've been a doctor for 14 months. Ive had 6 jobs, across 3 towns, in primary care, medicine, ED, a hospice & surgery. 45-50 hours a week, 1:3 weekends, earning £14-15 per hour w £100k debt.

This is a destabilising, dreadful way to run postgraduate medical education. It sucks.
