@AvantiWestCoast yet again - why don’t you make clear that the quiet coach is quiet with signs? It’s not obvious and half the carriage won’t shut up. Literally so annoying when I book this specifically for a long journey. Why do you even have it?
I only had €26. And no patience left. Please explain to me why you’re charging random amounts despite welcoming foreign currencies, and why your staff were so needlessly rude and unhelpful? Now I don’t have my item and can’t pay for it elsewhere. (5)
@WHSmith I just went to your shop in Euston station where you have multiple signs displayed clearly stating that you accept euros. I tried to buy an item that costs £20.99. I went to the till and was told that “we don’t accept euros”. I pointed the sign out. (1/)
When asked why I was being made to pay €5 extra they made up more weird excuses including something about “most people not paying in cash so this happens” or something (4/)
@AvantiWestCoast literally every carriage has someone playing videos on full volume, who then kick off if you challenge them. So inconsiderate. Why can’t Avanti staff help police this behaviour?
@Times_CS the app kept prompting me to log in every day, now when I go to log in I just get the loading page indefinitely. I haven’t been able to read anything on the app for days. How do I resolve?
