Pt. 8 DONE!
I am asking for help to find my groups luggage and talk to someone face to face! I am extremely disappointed in my experience and I wish it didn’t get to this point! I am out $1500 from luggage alone, NOT including the fees first two days of my trip cancelled.

We asked help from the support desk, but insisted it was Air Canada’s problem and they could not help us. We received a phone number which my group and I have called multiple times, but have not been assisted in the slightest.

We made it to our final destination at 11:30pm, when it was originally scheduled to land at 9:42pm. We got to the baggage claim and waited 1.5 hours to then find out they lost our luggage and it did not make it on the plane even with the delay included.

Thankfully we did not miss our connection! But after hustling through customs and three gate changes, we made it to find out the plane was delayed two hours. Again, my group and I were never notified, we were informed by another passenger who was traveling the same flight.
Pt. 4
My group and I had a connecting flight, so I asked a flight attendant if we could be released early once landed. FA was exceedingly rude, demeaning and laughed and said, “Um that’s in 11 hours hun”. She never helped & many people missed their flight.
Pt. 3
Next flying home, our flight got delayed two hours. We never received any email or notification and in addition, they made us check all of our bags which were carry on’s. Once we got on the plane, we waited another 1.5 hours before taking off due to “air control staffing”.
Pt. 2
To begin, Air Canada forced us (my travel group) to repurchase tickets after a 36 hour delay. To even get ahold of their customer service, I called multiple times and got hung up on three times. Finally, after FIVE hours of waiting and calling, I was helped by St. Abdul.
@AirCanada I wanted to reach you on here since I have had no help with your customer service department. This normally isn’t the way I go about things, but I have no other options.
I want to briefly share my experience and why I’ll never fly AirCanada again.

i hope you find someone who watches that video you asked them to, who respects your boundaries when you say no, who knows your orders by heart, who brings you those $5 just because flowers, who can tell your mood by the shift in your body gestures & is intentional with your heart
