An effective post could be using older models or celebrities that this age group would recognize, or do create campaigns that would be relatable to them.

If I’m being honest, I chose this post because my interviewee would recognize Zendaya. But I find that Louis Vuitton’s posts really do not resonate with my buyer’s persona. Being middle aged females around 40-55, these posts don’t do much for them.

Popular platforms like Instagram and Facebook are often used for engagement, but also powerful sales channels! Tagging shops and using shoppable posts increase direct purchases for products! This also increases engagement of public accounts and brand promotion.
I agree that it is better for businesses rather than consumers! It influences consumers to make impulse buying decisions leaving their ethics and personal values out of the question. This can lead to higher sales of lower quality products or poor services.
Do you believe this form of shopping is better for consumers or businesses? Since people are buying items without doing as much research as they used to, I believe it is better for businesses and not for consumers.
I love your example of Rare Beauty! They are inclusive and consider their customers wants. Keeping them engaged keeps their brand loyalty strong! Great post Molly!

@desireeamico44 Great post! I feel like intangible elements often get confused with how they are relevant in the retail world because of their lack of physical presence.
Whats the difference between tangible and intangible elements? Do we know? Well I do. Tangible elements all include product, price, place, promotion, presentation, personnel.
Intangible: Organization policies dealing with employees and public’s, corporate social responsibility.
@GadsbyKendall@EvryJewels Our sorority works with many companies as well and I agree! It is a great way to introduce a company and create loyalty and a relationship within consumers and brands.
Recently, my sorority did a promotion with @EvryJewels where we could get a discount on our order with my sorority's code. Although I noticed many girls were introduced to Evry Jewels because of this discount, many of us still shop there for most of our recent jewelry purchases.
