@tvc1five The PMO defines certain events as “Photo Ops” and “media availabilities”. Photo ops sometimes have brief remarks for the pool camera to capture, very different than media availabilies with reporters, podium, translation services etc. This is the same for Pierre.
@TruNrthBillsMaf@ShaziGoalie Obviously they’re 2 different things. Airport workers just need access to secure zones. MPs and competent leaders need access to top secret government information, classified info and briefings, intelligence and defence reports.
Toronto’s condo market just did something almost unthinkable.
ZERO new condo projects launched in Q1.
Not one.
That’s what happens when sales dry up, investors vanish, lenders tighten, and builders can’t make the numbers work.
This isn’t a slowdown anymore. It’s a full market freeze.
The warning signs keep getting louder.
@Tablesalt13 I just bought this roast for $21.60, a bag of potatoes is $5, a bag of carrots is $2.50. Plenty for the whole family this week, just need to know how to shop!
@Tablesalt13 At Walmart 4 chicken breasts are $12, a 2 pack of large FRESH broccoli florets is $5, and generic Greek yoghurt is $4. She’s in her car so she can make choices where to shop cheaper.
@ShaziGoalie No, Canadian tax dollars aren’t getting funnelled to Ukraine, it’s a loan from a G7 program using interests and profits from frozen Russian assets held in western financial institutions. Just a loan backed by a specific repayment source, not our money just wired to Kyiv.
@ShaziGoalie CTV this week aired stories nationally on: falling RE prices, youth unemployment, tariffs. Those stories are on CBC, Global, Citytv websites too.
