Recently took my son to the ER where he "needed" a CT scan ultimately resulted in a simple skin infection that $10 antibiotics addressed. After insurance, $4100 out of pocket. On top of the over $14,000/year I'm already paying for insurance. Why?

This change means that higher earners will contribute more towards Social Security taxes.

It has officially doubled since I started in payroll 20 years ago.

@elonmusk So far, but do you believe that you can meet the 1000x500Mbps requirement that politicians are pushing. Even though the data suggests we don't need anywhere near that amount of throughput.

@micsolana Starlink could be a piece to the puzzle but it's not the total answer for the speeds required of the program. However, I disagree with the government pushing fiber and 1000x500 speeds when the average consumer uses a fraction of that throughput. But you know, lobbyists.

All things considered I think this is poor taste by the @NFL and @nflcommish should look at this. It's was a great moment to watch. Quite harmless all things considered and it was huge press for everyone involved. Now it appears to be a black eye for the working class.

@TxDPS There's a lot of inefficiencies too because you have somebody that has a license at 16 that required to get it renewed at 18 on their birthday. That's just a waste of resources.
