At age 20, Alan Baker (now "Sarah Jane") and three associates broke into the home of his stepmother's family, kidnapped his stepmother's brother, and tortured him for almost 24 hours before police intervention.
In September 1989, he was sentenced to seven years in a young offender institution.
While serving his initial sentence, Baker was convicted of the attempted murder (by strangulation) of a fellow inmate, which extended his term to a life sentence.
After his release in 2019, Baker was arrested in July 2023 for making a speech at a Trans Pride event encouraging violence against women who oppose gender identity ideology - "If you see a TERF, punch them in the f*cking face!"
Baker has also posted signage calling for the murder of @jk_rowling.
At this year's London Trans Pride event, he again singled out Rowling during a speech about the rights of violent male convicts.
@GymLeaderLogann Jesus is always important to bring up! Jesus actually told us to not worry about what we look like - it’s in the Sermon on the Mount. Love does not me “enable their mental illness/hedonism” - it means being honest, not physical stimulation or “acceptance”
