this is weak af when you look at what okc is doing. this looks like a renovation plan they made a decade ago. Even the renders look outdated and bare minimum.

A proposed transformation of the Smoothie King Center would reimagine the arena + surrounding campus with new social spaces, upgraded seating & an open-air plaza. Plans are still conceptual, but projects like this have the potential to drive more traffic to Downtown New Orleans.
