@EDub56@JohnRuddick2 They filed a lawsuit. That doesn’t mean he was found guilty of said accusation. Circumstances around the lawsuit are frivolous, at best. Keep reaching
@DerekjAndersen@BevyHQ What behaviour? You made a decision based on a 30 second clip, just because it was posted by someone with a large twitter following. No context, or evident of racism. People should avoid working with/for a company that makes decisions on baseless claims.
@FredTJoseph Pathetic behaviour from you. Be a man and walk away. To go out of your way to take a persons job is another level of petty, without evidence or context. Confrontations happen all the time. You’ll be unhappy all your life with this mindset.
@Mhal2005 @davidhmarsh@SamHarrisOrg By choosing the lesser of two evils? It’s a 2 party system. We don’t get to vote on legislation and the way government operates, regardless of who is in power.
You don’t need to persuade me. I just need 3 things:
1. A vaccine with clear net benefit to society and an acceptable cost/benefit ratio for individuals
2. An independent and competent public health/safety assessment system with reasonable stopping conditions
3. Informed consent
@sonicRaf You don’t even believe what you’re saying. Its not about disinformation. It’s about free agency. I don’t want to get vaxxed, because, I don’t need to! I have other vaccinations. I get top ups depending on the level of risk associated with the disease and contributing factors.
@Debb_Richards@JennaPrice (2/2) not ever-expanding, facilities-focused, glorified property developers cashing in on the Government’s dangling carrot. Its not in the public’s interest for students to study arts or social sciences. Industry can support that if it sees a need.
@Debb_Richards@JennaPrice The question is, should higher education be in run in the public interest? This is only a relatively resent trend. Some of the best academic work happened under private institutions. Bring back trade schools, specialist colleges, and polytechnics..(1/2)
@Debb_Richards@JennaPrice It's funny because, to me, total privatisation would fix this. Degree factories, and the inflation of university fees, are a result of government-backed loans, starting back in the early 1900s. They've had no accountability in the market, & no incentive to offer competitive fees.
