@Amazon does not care about customer information and will not secure accounts! My account was breached on 3/5 and still NO RESOLVE!! They have not placed my account on hold, no one will get back to me! Hacker has all my information and @Amazon does not care!! Terrible company!
Day 13 of my account being hacked with no help from @Amazon. My account is on hold and still zero communications from your Account specialist team. What are you doing to resolve this? I have received no emails from your Account specialist department. Stop ignoring my messages!!
@AmazonHelp day 12, still have not heard from the @Amazon account specialist team regarding the hold on my account. I was told 48 hours on 3/5 to hear from them and still nothing. @amazon does not keep customer information secure!
@AmazonHelp Wish it was that easy but I’ve tried all of that. Need accounts specialist team to email me. Once again, I’m on day 11 with NO resolution. @Amazon does not care about the security of their customers accounts.
@AmazonHelp still waiting for an email from Amazon’s account specialist team to take my account off hold. Day 11 no response from them. @Amazon is not interested in securing accounts that have been breached. Terrible customer service
@AmazonHelp If @Amazon won’t let me speak with the Accounts specialist team directly I really need @Amazonhelp to verify that 1. The Accounts team is actively working to resolve my account breach and 2. Verify the email address that they are needing to send information to. Please advise
@AmazonHelp Amazon refuses to keep my account secure! My account was hacked into in the middle of the night 1 week ago. I’ve been on the phone with them 3 times now trying to get them to change my information back that was changed by a scammer!
@AmazonHelp The account specialists at @Amazon aren’t doing their job. I’ve been told twice that they would contact me via email and they have not done so. Why don’t you verify with them that they are 1. Looking into my account and 2. What email address they are supposedly sending info to
@AmazonHelp I’m sorry, but the way @Amazon is handling this account breach is just not working. Can’t keep continuing to do things the same way that isn’t working. My business is being affected by this. I won’t be able to continue to@ Amazon if we can’t get this corrected in a timely manner
@AmazonHelp I’ve called multiple times and nothing is getting resolved. You are way of doing things with the accounts management team is not working. I’m gonna need one of your managers to find an alternate way to resolve my account issue.

@SamsungUS has the worst customer service! My dishwasher, under warranty, and they won’t send anyone out to fix it! Cancelled my repair ticket without speaking to me! No communication, no call back from repair company, can’t get anyone to speak with me!
@StanleyBrand my order was placed on 2/22. It shows delivered but it never was. Can’t get anyone from Stanley to email or call me. I’m about to dispute the transaction with my bank.
@potterybarn@potterybarn sent me a message saying there was nothing they could do to help me!! I’ve obviously tried to fix it myself. I’m stuck with a $500 tree that lasted 2 years, partially unlit!! @potterybarn does not stand behind their products!!!
@potterybarn do not buy a Christmas tree from Pottery Barn!!! A section of lights went out on a tree that I have owned for 2 years. Called Pottery Barn to see how I could fix it and was told there was nothing they could do. They said all I could do was buy a new one! A $500 tree!
