@Uber_Support Here’s the thing though, it’s not the drivers issue at all. It’s the app’s issue; an Uber issue. I understand if a driver is trying to make more money. I don’t understand why Uber wouldn’t let us know prior to the delivery being placed.

@UberEats you should let us know PRIOR whether or not our driver is doing a double-order. If they are, the driver should be APPROVED by US. You should have to pay for the delivery fee since the person getting the second order usually gets their food cold. Come on now. Do better
