Last year, God showed me a vision and asked me to have faith, make difficult decisions, and persevere.

Huge shoutout to the amazing group of bankers, entrepreneurs, and corporate professionals who joined this weekend, and to the Fanisi team for continuing to champion #TheArtofSuccess#LearnTogether
In his book, #GrowingGreatness, Pepe Marais talks about a time when he was asked to introduce himself; “Pepe, I would like you to tell us the story of your life, in the way you would like us to know you.”
That's why I get so energised whenever I facilitate the personal branding workshop for Fanisi’s Emerging Leaders Program. We focus on this meaningful self-discovery first, long before any tactical approaches.
Some money lessons we hardly learn on time
1. Earning more income is better than saving more of the little you have
2. Investing small amounts regularly is better than waiting for a bullet amount to start investing
3. Bills not paid on time become debt. The debt that grows takes you away from your financial freedom
4. Getting rich quickly is the quickest way to get poor
5. The reality is that the money is in the very basic businesses in Africa. Everyone else wants fancy tech startups to be rich.
