Haven’t gone on my flight w/ @flairairlines yet, and…my name was spelt wrong. 1st customer service rep said I don’t have a flight booked? Directed me to another # that’s CLOSED. Spoke to another rep, found my flight this time & said I have to pay $150 for a name change???
Update: called the # today and now they’re saying they can’t change my name anymore? There’s nothing they can do even if I offer to pay & now I’m prolly gonna miss my flight 🥲🥲🥲 Seriously disappointed @flairairlines offers no support towards their customers.
