Dije que no reconocí los datos del preconteo del software de los hermanos Bautista es porque tengo datos.

Mi compromiso con mi pueblo y el amor a mi país por el que he luchado toda mi vida hace que arriesgue todo al transmitirlo y lo voy a hacer en este momento.

El registrador se negó permanentemente a entregar el código fuente que era el requisito básico de la transparencia electoral.

Lo hice porque por sentencia plena del consejo de estado del 2018, se declaró ese software vulnerable desde dentro y desde afuera.

Ante mi denuncia sobre que el software fue modificado en días en los que por norma legal debería mantenerse quieto, el registrador dijo que era imposible.

Esto solo indica que la registraduría no tiene control del software, como ya sabíamos.

El software si fue modificado y dos veces el 26 de mayo del 2026. La primera modificación ocurrió a la 1.21.35 pm y la segunda a las 7.21.13 pm

La modificación consistió en modificar el censo electoral y el número de puestos y mesas. El diario el tiempo logró descubrir solo la modificacion de mesas.

La cuantía de la modificación es la siguiente:

Censo oficial 41.421.973. está cifra fue cambiada en DIVIPOL en el software de los hermanos Bautista el 26 de mayo del 2026, cinco días antes de las elecciones en la siguiente cantidad 42.307.373.

La diferencia es de 885.409 nuevas cédulas que no se inscribieron en la fecha legal.

También se variaron los puestos de votación, aumentandolos de la siguiente manera:

De 13.742 oficiales a 14.438 en DIVIPOL, software de los hermanos Bautista, diferencia 696 puestos de votación.

Esto da un cambio en el número totales:

Mesas oficiales, ya escritas: 120.527, pero en DIVIPOL de los hermanos Bautista, quienes son los que hicieron el conteo hay 122.020 con una diferencia de 1493 mesas adicionales, que no posiblemente no han sido escrutadas.

Puedo probar ante autoridad competente estos hechos.

En el conteo de votos de los hermanos Bautista, aparecen 5.300 mesas con ms de 300 votos en el día, que es la cifra que máximo pueden votar en las horas de elección, muchas llegan a 700 votos.

En esas mesas es donde se ubica la ventaja de 635.000 con que Abelardo supera a Cepeda.
Entrego el dato completo de las 5.300 mesas.
