@LGCanada There’s no guarantee that this rebooking 4 days out will even happen. If your chat team doesn’t have access to the actual service call plan of your repair team, there’s a flaw. And the customer is left waiting. Your dishwasher is leaking and the damage is increasing.
@LGCanada We called the service center after 5pm and they were closed at 4:30. There’s no way to get ahold of someone that closes before they are supposed to show up. You need to reevaluate your repair teams or fix your scheduling system to only allow actual booming windows.
@LGCanada when we book a repair call for in-warranty coverage, we expect an 8am-5pm appointment to be sufficient time to a) show up or b) call us and tell us you won’t show up. CSAT 0/10. We now have to call your repair 3rd party provider, as per your support team. Not cool.
