what is our recourse when our cable/internet/telephone provider is not providing service/support??? Because this is a monopoly, shouldn't our MPP be able to take them to task @bobbaileyPC? Is there anyone that doesn't hate @cogeco right now? #cogecosucks

@cogeco SUCKS. Can we get to the bottom of why they never answer their phone? There should be an ability to go to another cable provider if the provider in your area is NOT PROVIDING!

my very first twitter post. I only signed up for twitter so I can share with the world how much i HATE @cogeco!!!! Why do they have a monopoly??? They can get away with sucking huge because we have no other choices... how do you fix this??? Lobby politicians?
