@MarcosPizza@derekkage That link doesn't work. When you click it or use the Customer Support link on their website it redirects to https://t.co/QoOkFWI2gT No way to contact support.
@TruistNews Another month, another absolutely terrible experience syncing @TruistNews to literally anything. Days and days of errors and no ability to fix.
@TruistNews What is going on with your API that @Plaid and Finicity cannot keep a connection to my Truist accounts for more than a day, sometimes less? Monarch, Gusto, Xero, + more keep reporting Truist sync is down or unavailable. It's infuriating. Been going on for a month.
@D3faultS3tting5 But don't you want to work hard to learn stuff, implement that knowledge to create things, then pay for the privilege to have it regurgitated back to you terribly but with CONFIDENCE?
You're crazy man.
@TruistNews It's still a complete mess. It'll work fine for a week and then for a month it's non stop connection errors. Each side blames the other. @TruistNews you gotta do better. This sucks as a customer.
@D3faultS3tting5 Not going to lie, I thought China looked like the Kool Aid Man at first. Kool Aid Man controls the means of production and the railways.
@t3dotgg Zoom wins out a lot because of screen annotations. Teachers, engineers, architects, designers, etc all list it as a need not a want. No one else in the space does it as well as Zoom unfortunately.
@adsmith482@tomerlondon@GustoHQ The ChatGPT-esque emails are definitely a thing. Messed up punctuation, terrible understanding of issues and responses, having to wait 24 hours every...single...time you respond to their never off script "solutions." It was a month of maddeningly banging my head against the wall.
