To give your customers #betterService@priceline should give people at least 60 minutes to cancel a prepaid car rental, just in case it was an error on the part of the renter to book it in the first place - like it was for me. That’s what some airlines do. #badcustomerservice
Does this look like a pre-paid car rental option? It doesn’t to me. But after I booked it they @priceline made it clear that I prepaid and couldn’t refund, change or alter the reservation.
It needs to say PREPAY so people understand what they are selecting. #badcustomerservice
