Trading is not a day job!
Never miss any personal event due to trading
Markets aren't going anywhere and
You can make money tomorrow, but
Your mom's birthday doesn't happen every day
You can make new trade every day, but
The family moment will never come back
In China, a new trend is the “bike stroller,” a baby stroller that parents can pedal while moving. Compared to regular push-type strollers, it’s reportedly much faster, which is why it’s gaining popularity.
I'm buying a church.
I’ve made a cash offer of £225,000 to purchase this church, which was about to close and be sold off to developers.
I'm fed up with driving past all these churches in the UK that used to thrive, support the community, and feed the homeless.
Now, just look at these beautiful church buildings.
So many are boarded up, closed down, with developers queueing up to profit from converting them into flats.
I simply can't accept that a building built to glorify Jesus for generations can be turned into something solely for profit.
So I've placed an offer on a church in my hometown.
My plan is to buy it and offer it completely free of charge, with zero rent, to a church willing to worship Jesus here and serve others.
What do you think of this idea?
Operation New Broom has again swept through the Johannesburg CBD, resulting in dozens of arrests for immigration violations. Those found to be unlawfully in the country are being processed for deportation. Day after day, Home Affairs is working to restore the rule of law! 🇿🇦
Was ń voorreg om vandag mnr Gary Player by Pollsmoor te ontvang om met oortreders te praat en hoop vir hulle te gee vir die toekoms / It was a privilege to receive Mr Gary Player at Pollsmoor today to address inmates and to give them hope for the future
Sixteen years ago, I was having lunch in Bedfordview with two friends.
In the middle of that meal, I asked a simple question:
“Why do we have to drive this far just to enjoy a proper meal?”
At the time, I owned a small two-bedroom house in Daveyton.
And in that moment, something shifted.
Instead of complaining about the distance…
I decided to change the location of opportunity.
I went back home.
Demolished the two-bedroom house.
And built what would become Brima Café — an elegant restaurant in the heart of Daveyton.
Not because it was easy.
But because our community deserved quality.
Our people deserved experience.
And our township deserved excellence.
Brima Café was never just a restaurant.
It was a statement.
A statement that you don’t have to leave your community to enjoy beauty.
You can build it where you are.
From a question over lunch…
to a landmark in Daveyton.

Nobody has fought harder for full release of the Epstein files and prosecutions of those who abused children more than I did, knowing full well that the legacy media, far-left propagandists and those who are actually guilty would:
1. Admit nothing
2. Deny everything
3. Make counter-accusations against me
I knew that I would be smeared relentlessly, despite never having attended his parties or been on his “Lolita Express” plane or set foot on his creepy island or done anything wrong at all.
Nonetheless, the extreme pain of being accused of being the opposite of who I am was worth it.
The strong must protect those cannot protect themselves, especially vulnerable children. I will gladly accept any amount of future pain to do more to protect kids and give them a chance to grow up and have happy lives.
In the year 2000, R100 bought you 769 kWh of electricity. Today, the same R100 barely gives you 27 kWh. In 2010, R100 bought 238 kWh.
Eskom may be stabilising on paper, but the cost of electricity has become completely unreasonable.
Households are paying the price for years of failure, inefficiency, and mismanagement. This level of pricing is not sustainable and cannot be justified to ordinary South Africans.
Mel Gibson Spent 7 years writting the sequel to the Passion of the Christ with help from theologians & historians to ensure biblical accuracy.
Filming began August 2025 in Italy. The first part will premiere on Good Friday, March 26 2027, and the second will be released 40 days later, on Ascension Day, May 6.
This could be one of the most ambitious Christian films ever made.
