I was travelling from Bombay to Chandigarh (6E 5146) for an onward Trek and the baggage handling staff of Indigo damaged my new Rucksack by tearing the main support strap which is the MOST IMPORTANT component of the bag required for a trek. Worst experience!!!

Ordered Airdopes 131 which were faulty. I have been trying to return the product with multiple emails but there has been no response from the Cutsomer Care team. Did not expect such poor service from a brand like boAt. Waiting for a response ASAP!! @RockWithboAt@boAtSupport1
@allplussize Ordered products for my Dad on 23 Oct it's been 20days and after several emails and phone calls, now the customer care teams says its out of stock.

@JioMart_Support - no action has been taken against Ticket No. IM1272373 which has been falsely claimed as RESOLVED on 1st June, inspite of repeated emails sent with no reply. Expect a refund on this ASAP.

Well, it certainly does not help!! I have reported this driver and is this the kind of causal response? I expect a penalty to be charged to the driver. This is how you'll ensure it doesn't happen again!
Had the worst Friday Morning, all thanks to @Uber for making me late to my 11am meeting
1) Bookd an Uber at 10am >had to wait 15 mins> finally, driver refuses destination n cancels
2) Book another Uber>ETA is 10-12 mins
3)Book 3rd Uber> enter the cab by 10.40am
