@InOneScoop@alojoh New cult formed. Elon is a bs marketing genius. Ignore the fact that his companies have built some of the best and most difficult products in history.
Yermo 400 stalls charging station will become a Robotaxi intercity terminal. Instead of flying, people will be able to travel between LA and Las Vegas by Robotaxi for a low price while saving a ton of time getting to and from the airport like we all do today.
There will likely be shops, cafes, and restaurants in this terminal. Worried about EV charge time? No wait time needed! Passengers can hop off one ride and hop on the next Cybercab. 0 wait for charging. These intercity terminals will literally replace airports.
$TSLA is the future. 🥳🥳🥳
@elonmusk I currently own an S and Cybertruck and was planning on buying a Model X with the lux package, but the change that made FSD non-transferable without any price change has made me change my mind.
Andrew Fraser Tytler writing in the 1780s:
“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship.
The average age of the world's greatest civilizations has been 200 years. These nations have progressed through this sequence: From bondage to spiritual faith; From spiritual faith to great courage; From courage to liberty; From liberty to abundance; From abundance to selfishness; From selfishness to apathy; From apathy to dependence; From dependence back into bondage.”

@ExperimentWorld@chrispavlovski You know that oil needs to be refined and Canada doesn't have enough refineries for local consumption. It has zero refineries for the tar sands oil.
Milton Friedman on 4 ways to spend money:
1) Your money on yourself (you’re careful about both cost and quality)
2) Your money on others (you care about cost, less about quality)
3) Someone else’s money on yourself (you care about quality, not cost)
4) Someone else’s money on others (you care about neither)
The last one is how government spending works 🚨
The IIHS has released a new list of the top 5 safest large pickup trucks you can currently buy.
1) Tesla Cybertruck (electric)
2) Toyota Tundra (gas)
3) Rivian R1T (electric)
4) Ford F-150 (gas)
5) Ram 1500 (gas)
The @Tesla Cybertruck just received a Top Safety Pick+ rating from the IIHS, the best possible rating, and was the only electric truck to get that rating. Earlier this year, the Cybertruck also received a 5-Star safety from the NHTSA. The Cybertruck had the lowest overall probability of injury & lowest chance of rollover of any pickup truck tested by the NHTSA.
In 2018 I paid $50,000 for a Model 3 Long Range Rear Wheel Drive with 310 miles of range.
Today you can get a Model 3 Standard with 320 miles of range for $36,990.
Adjusting for inflation, this would be the equivalent of a $29,961 Model 3 in 2018.
Tesla doesn’t get enough credit for how much better and more affordable they’ve made their products over time.
@deanbphillips@farzyness All three of those problems are caused by too much government. Adding more government (which is what socialism is) will not only not solve the problems but add many more new problems.
@wmorrill3 Government incentives always have unintended consequences and never die. There are always people that are profiting that fight to keep them.
