@Tesco please can you refund my delivery fee.Every time I book a one hour fixed slot,it’s delayed.I book a time slot at a convenient for me but if it doesn’t ever run on time,it’s pointless!

Hi Amy,thanks for replying but our issue isn’t regarding the recent snow.We have had excess rubbish for about the last four weeks (we have a baby so a lot of our waste is nappies)We can’t apply for a bigger bin and bin men refuse to take it.
We won’t be able to leave our excess bags on the path as it won’t be taken because our road wasn’t affected by the snow.We have been told we need to take it to the tip which I think is highly unfair as we pay council tax to cover this service
