@OxfordshireCC So if I fill my car with my family and take everyone into Oxford and we park at Oxpens, and we spend money in Oxford shops, and eat in Oxford restaurants, and go and see Oxford Theatre productions and and enjoy coffee at Oxford cafes, there isn’t £5 worth of value in that?

@OxfordshireCC So if I want to buy something from a shop in Oxford that’s too big to carry on the bus. I have to pay the congestion charge and parking just for the privilege.

Having fame, and having it on your own terms is something I doubt anyone would be able to acquire.
With the exception of Banksy maybe.

Could only really happen if somehow there was a global network of agents ready to align everyone.
