@Tesco got a sourdough loaf in 1 of your stores a few days ago, dated bb 8/6, went to use it today but although the bread didn't look mouldy the smell was awful, my nearest store is almost 10 miles away so making a special trip to return isn't an option any ideas what I can do?ty
@Pharmacy2U I order for multiple family members each month, order 8 items, go to check later see if prescription sent to gp, order now showing 7 items, no note saying items out of stock, having to go back to reorder 'missing' order items is getting ridiculous, happens every month
@LNER It is a bigger issue, booked assistance no longer exists, reserved seats = free for all, can reserve a seat later sadly people do not adhere to res saying 'well our train was cancelled & this was my seat on that train so tough', disabled passengers left feeling very vulnerable ๐
@LNER please help my train back from stevenage to Newark northgate (then on to Lincoln) has been cancelled, I can't travel later as miss the connecting bus to get me home from Lincoln as live very rurally, any ideas gratefully received, thank you

@LNER why no direct trains from Lincoln to Stevenage? Use to love the direct route through, now you have to change by either going into Kings cross or to Newark or Peterborough, plus the fare is much more expensive ๐คทโโ๏ธ

@NatWest_Help what on the earth are you playing at, refusing a charge back on a company who did not deliver goods, had no proof they delivered goods yet you choose to punish the customer by refusing and reversing the charge back FOS contacted, shocked at such a well known bank ๐ก
@TNLUK app constantly crashing since update, made playing an absolute nightmare, chose numbers, crashed, chose different 1s as couldn't remember 1st lot crashed again, took 5 attempts to finish 1 instant win, totally ruined the enjoyability of playing, not going to bother again

@TravelodgeUK why are bots replying to emails, after an unsatisfactory stay at 1 of your london hotels, where may I add we gave the hotel multiple chances to fix our issues to be offered a measly 25% refund, told to escalate to customer service still no joy, this needs sorting
@MartinSLewis Carers allowance? Many stuck in an impossible situation, limited hours allowed to work, limited income allowed yet very little help in the way of carers allowance which is taxable!!!. If someone is caring full time (usually 24/7 in many cases) the allowance is pittance
