@Fitz_Farseer Not arresting someone on the spot doesn’t mean they go free. We have license plates for a reason. It’s easier, safer, and more time efficient to just serve charges after instead of reaching through the window of a running a vehicle in a tense situation.

She tried to wave the agent’s truck past too, but instead the agent got out, started swearing at her, and tried to forcibly open the door.
