@Fit_For_Golf For putting this into my workout tracker. What would you call this and would you class it as lats or pecs.. felt it in both.
Last Q - would a modify of an underhand grip be beneficial ?

@ryanmouquegolf I personally (hacker at best) would like a little bit of technical.. but at this stage my swing is my swing . So adding more of the external awareness would probably help more.
