I was at a counter protest for those Canada First morons at Christie Pits in Toronto a while ago and was wearing a hockey jersey and a canadian flag. I think I was attacked and harrassed more by counter protestors than the goons we were supposed to be opposing.

Look, I recognize Trudeau era development policy was not economically optimal for Canada, but my god, do we live in a universe where we can agree on some basic facts in this country?

Like the fact that we had an oil price crash in 2015?

Otherwise, the trend in production expansion of oil in Alberta is nearly indistinguishable from the Harper years. Production has in fact, more than doubled since 2010!

That eastern Canada acknowledges climate change as a real thing is not equivalent to the trade actions by the US that are intended to de-industrialize Ontario and Quebec.

Ontarians, by a substantial margin, support creating true energy independence for Canada via new pipelines to supply ourselves with Albertan oil.

It is frankly shocking to see @ABDanielleSmith make such false equivalency.
