Too many people find it hard to say no, even when they know that saying yes could be costly for them. Here's why they should start, by @ncolier https://t.co/rYOhvOVzfX
@BeckiBluebird@TheEricBland As a short woman married to a tall man, this picture speaks volumes. My husband routinely does this type of thing without considering my short person POV even after 21 years together.
@NVICLoeDown I don't trust doctors, and after spending hours upon hours reading and learning, I had more questions than answers and decided my children's health wasn't worth the risk
@Eric_Conn What kind of underdeveloped belief system makes you unable to control your urges to lust after women?
Be less gross, and learn self-control.
@susan86904619@TheKnave2@DrJamesOlsson NGL, you had me going in the first half! So your kids should only listen to their gut instincts and their man-made imaginary friend? Got it 🙄 You're the reason homeschoolers are written off as kooks, and I don't appreciate it.
@goddek After reading Michael Crichton's book State of Fear. It rightly pointed out the fact that the planet's temperatures change - if it didn't, there wouldn't have been an ice age nor an end to the ice age. That was the first thing to open my eyes.
@MargaretAtwood Days of yore? Nah, we just used ours this past fall for processing venison. Some people know exactly where their meat comes from and even obtain it themselves.
@StephenKing I am still newish to Twitter, but I searched your profile for all instances of the words bomb and war, and then I searched for Obama. Odd that there was not one single time you mentioned the civilians who were bombed as you fawned over him. Your cognitive bias is showing.
@elonmusk I keep laughing at this every time I see you post. Reminds me of the time I was stuck with the name Bunny on Facebook because I was dorking around and couldn't change it back for 6 months 😂
@DalaiLama That's some BS. All emotions serve a purpose - if you're angry or suspicious, you can sit with those & examine their origin. They're fear-based responses, so they bring an opportunity to reflect rather than react. Labeling them as destructive is destructive.
