@DhanCares , I received call from Dhan Customer care , one madam informed me that Dhan is ready to compensate 50 percent of loss, but because of Dhan's fault only this big loss came and today whole day I was not feeling good , they should have called in the morning itself.

@DhanCares Exited the position today morning which I could not exit because of Dhan app lost connectivity to MCX, huge loss booked and when it is because of this I lost confidence in Dhan and recommend Dhan to compensate for it.

@DhanCares what you have responded is general reply, not the solution at all, no responsibility , no acceptance even that yes there glitches and Dhan lost connectivity to MCX, what you responded via DM can be responded here so that people know ur response.

@DhanCares , From 10:10 pm onwards your system lost connectivity from MCX, Traders could not square off, buy, sell their positions/orders, end of the day losses are there and I can see positions are being carried for next trading session, who is responsible for these losses?
