@WestJet I’ve never heard of anyone waiting 8 hours for customer service let alone a week for a callback. @WestJet do better. People pay good money to fly with you. I could have flown with @AirCanada but I chose you, they only make you wait 1 hour tops.

I have to thank the #WestJet agent tonight who helped me over messenger. After sharing my frustration on Facebook they contacted me directly and delays with my issue. @WestJet keep this up and you will regain your customer base again. #airlines
