@UziCryptoo The state has nothing to do with your property tax rate or valuation. Appraisals are done by the county and the rates are set by whatever taxing districts apply to your property. That being said, the appraisals are criminal over the last decade.

@Crusafikshun @officer_Lew It's the half back state. My home. Yankees move to FL from the NE states, realize it is swampy most of the year and hurricanes and mosquitoes that will carry you away if enough are on you. They move half way back to the NE and land in NC. They've ruined much of it.
