Hi @UberEats - why is @Nedbank saying your authorization hold on my account can take 30 days to remove, yet you say it should be 3-10 days? This is for transactions on the 29th Feb and 01st March...over R450 not released back into my account?

@WOOLWORTHS_SA There's lack of staff on the floor; had to shout for service at the hot foods section, because the lady there had walked off to do something else & to top off this experience the cashier charged me extra R30 she shouldn't have, have to go back for a refund!😡
