No fucking way people don’t understand what “double or nothing” means… Did you not have a childhood? Genuinely how is this possible? I’m seeing people argue like there’s nuance to this… There’s only one definition of double or nothing:
You and X play a game for $100
You win $100
X says double or nothing
You can either say no pay me my $100
Or say yeah and play another game
The result of this game determines wether or not you get DOUBLE the original bet or you get NOTHING because X won
People are confused and saying it’s not fair? How???
It’s an opportunity for the winner to roll his win into double
It’s also an opportunity for the loser to get his money back
It’s risky for both people
If the original winner wins again, they get double
If the original loser wins they’re both back to even
Please stop debating and having discourse around this because it makes you look dumb I’m trying to look out for you trust me this is the only correct answer
no millennial trope has broken more brains than "you don't owe anybody anything". an ignoble, selfish narcissism dressed up in therapy-speak about boundaries and self-care in order to give yourself a pass from treating other people with a basic level of care and respect
Two rules that should change about the NCAA Tournament.
1.) if you lose a play-in game, you shouldn’t be able to say that you made the NCAA tournament
2.) If you win your conference championship, you should never get placed in a play-in game.
i brought pre-made macaroni salad from costco to the company dinner and the tiktok potluck lady just sentenced me to a full race driving the Aston Martin AMR26 😭😭😭
No, i love how the greatest car designer in f1 history with 23 titles under his belt finally gets to make a car for my goat and he decides to build a green dildo powered by 3 AA batteries, no thats totally cool thats awesome
Veganism is easily the most morally correct option and I will probably never bring myself to do it because meat is too tasty
We gotta start making cheap lab grown meat
It would be a lot better in general if people treated it like any other sport. I’ve got no issue with the shipping, etc. but the infantilization of the drivers and the need for drama outside of just the races gets a little tiresome.
the f1 fandom would be alot better of a space if some of you people had watched the sport and then picked your favorite instead of picking your favorite and then watching the sport
