@DeeDrie89@mrjeffu Maybe "service" is another factor to a restaurant on top of the food? If a customer complains about the service, food, etc., and you don't know their language, any miscommunication could escalate into a lawsuit.
And maybe that risk outweighs any benefit for these owners.

At the same time, Japanese people lack experience with 'real' Americans, and think they're all characters from a Hollywood movie. :)
