Easyjet just bumped my daughter off her flight to Seville and refusing to rebook her on the “next available flight” as per EU 261 saying it’s “not their policy” is EU law and not up to them to decide what happens.@easyJet you need to get this sorted

@HiltonCarUk I’ve been waiting for a drivers door lock cover missing from a VW Golf I bought back February. It was to be sent to me within 7 days. 2 months have passed and you’ve twice sent it out only to have it returned back to you. When are you going to sort it out?

@British_Airways on-line check in for flight BA0617 from Perugia to LHR on Sat27th at 11.40hrs is “unavailable” and it says checkin at airport.
If the entire plane has to do this at a vet small airport it will be chaos. Is this an IT glitch?

@AGA_Official I am unable to send you a DM because I an not a blue tick verified user. Essentially my old valve broke and the only valves you supply are for EXTERNAL use and operate at different gas pressures. As such my valve is running at max. Your technical know all about the problem!

@AGA_Official Your gas valves being fitted to original gas fired Agas are designed for conversions where the valve is fitted externally and run at a pressure between 4 and 12. Original gas powered Agas have their valves behind a door (internal) and run between 6-20. Wrong! Bad!

@AGA_Official Hi, thanks for acknowledging you realise there’s a problem. Pse don’t use up excess conversion stock of valves on my AGA. They don’t work! What’s your solution?

@AGA_Official you have started to supply/fit gas valves onto original gas fired Agas which were originally designed for conversions. They do not work! They are sub optimal. They work at different gas pressures.They need to be recalled and replaced with valves that actually work!

@SF_England Hi Angela, live chat doesn’t work because the Chatbot to transfer to a Student Finance Officer says none are available and Secure Message service is closed. When calling there is no option for “where is my money” and the msg says look in your portal! It’s a vicious circle

@SF_England. My grant was to be paid within 3 days of the 26/9. Direct Secure msg is not open, no Student finance officers are available on on-line webchat. The telephone line does not inc “where is my money” option. What’s going on?? !!
