@homebargains I am shocked! Just been to your Loughborough store and it was horrific. Far too many people inside! No social distancing. Staff blocking aisles with there cages stocking the shelves. We had to get out! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
@theJeremyVine I’m listening now to your programme. Funerals are still 30. Crematoriums have there own individual restrictions. You can get married at any time. Families only get one chance to have a funeral.
@Matalan HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. Store 125 Bulwell! Not one person was social distancing. Too many people in store. Rude staff! Abrupt. NOT SANITISATION of tills in between customers; when we questioned your staff... “oh well” get you act together!!!
@mamasandpapas so I still haven’t been able to get through on the phone. I’ve been in store to order a new part for the Pram and they said it would be with me in 3-5 days. Onto day 7 now! And still waiting.. this is bad customer service
@mamasandpapas I don’t know if your phones are having technical issues. But I have tried ringing your customer service number 3 times and I have selected two different options and I have been on hold for ten minutes both times.. I have also emailed and waiting for a response.
