@Jamessmokeeee I disagree. If they could figure out a way to get the consoles back to a reasonable price, release the game physically on a disc and make it console exclusive I think people would absolutely buy one. Especially if they come out and publicly announce Helix will have a disc drive.

But we do know what the basic architecture is going to be and can get a good guess from that based on what the silicone in that architecture and memory they have leaked out with cost to manufacture. They will be $1k+

Especially with Linux getting better and better and providing console like experiences like you have with the Steam Machine.

@PlayerEssence @Colteastwood As apposed to a $1k PS6? I really don’t get the hate for XBOX. I’m not at all a PlayStation fan. Never have been, probably never will be. I don’t want them gone though. Competition makes a better ecosystem/market for consumers. Drives innovation & helps keep prices in check(ish).

@876348957K This kids is why you say no to drugs. GTA is in no way and never will be PlayStation exclusive. It’s on Xbox (which has literally tens of millions of console players) and within a year will be on PC. I wouldn’t be too surprised if it eventually comes to switch 2 as well

@GenePark lol you’re so silly. Your hypothetical should be SOMEWHAT possible. There’s a 0% chance it won’t release on PC. I do think there’s a slim chance it could be CONSOLE exclusive but that’s the best hope for something like this. I do think it would be smart for Xbox to do that.
