@HSBC_IN No one is replying to mails, only false promises made. RM n the PIC dont bother after regular follow ups, ref Andheri-east (Satellite Gazebo) branch. Now i m forced to write on twitter. not mentioning names etc...to keep HSBC prestige intact.

@MumbaiMetro3 I use mmrc app for buying tkt. This is 2nd instance where I brought TKT but was not generated due to mmrc app technical issues. Online Complaint logged,they hv std reply, can't make refunds. All user be cautious or u may lose money, pls retweet if u face same issues
